YVRIS MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT

1. Parties

UZMAN KUYUMCULUK SAN. VE TİC. LTD. ŞTİ. ("Yvris" and/or "Company") Internet user who becomes a member of the website ("Website") at https://www.yvris.co/ ("Member")

2. Subject of the Agreement

The subject of this Agreement is to regulate the terms and conditions for the Member to benefit from Yvris' Website and the rights and obligations related to the membership relationship.

3. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

3.1. The Member declares and undertakes that the personal and other information provided by the Member when registering on the Website is accurate under the law, and that the Member will compensate all damages that Yvris may incur due to the inaccuracy of this information.

3.2. The Member is responsible for all consequences that may arise if the Member shares their password with others or organizations. Yvris reserves the right to claim compensation and other claims arising from unauthorized use against the Member or third parties or competent authorities due to such unauthorized use.

3.3. The Member agrees to comply with legal regulations while using the Website and not to violate them. Otherwise, all legal and criminal liabilities that may arise will be entirely and exclusively binding on the Member.

3.4. The Member shall not use the Website in a manner that disrupts public order, violates general morality, disturbs or harasses others, or infringes upon the intellectual and copyright rights of others, for unlawful purposes, or in activities that prevent or hinder others from using the services (such as spam, viruses, trojans, etc.). Additionally, the Member shall not engage in activities and transactions that prevent or interfere with others' use of the Website.

3.5. The Member shall not take actions or engage in activities that hinder or restrict the operation of the Website, the use of the Website by other Members and third parties, or use harmful software, code, or similar elements. If the Member engages in such actions, the Member shall compensate any damages that may arise to Yvris, other Members, or third parties as a result.

3.6. The Member agrees not to access or use the software and data of other internet users without authorization. Otherwise, any legal and criminal liabilities arising from this will be entirely the responsibility of the Member.

3.7. The Member who violates one or more of the provisions stated in this Agreement shall be personally liable for such violation both criminally and civilly, and Yvris shall be exempt from the legal and criminal consequences of these violations. Furthermore, in the event that the incident is referred to the legal field due to such violation, Yvris reserves the right to claim compensation from the Member for non-compliance with the Agreement.

3.8. Yvris has the right to unilaterally delete the Member's membership and erase the files, documents, and information belonging to the Member at any time if necessary. The Member accepts this in advance. In this case, Yvris has no responsibility.

3.9. The software and design of the Website are owned by Yvris and are protected by relevant laws, including copyright and/or other intellectual property rights. These cannot be used, acquired, or modified by the Member without permission. Other companies and products mentioned on this website are trademarks of their respective owners and are also protected under intellectual property rights.

3.10. In order to improve and develop the Website, and/or within the framework of legal regulations, certain information such as the name of the Internet service provider used to access the site and the Internet Protocol (IP) address, the date and time of access to the Website, the pages accessed during the visit to the site, and the Internet address of the Website providing direct access to the site may be collected.

3.11. Yvris protects the personal data of Members in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698. Therefore, Yvris guarantees that all policies and practices regarding the collection, use, storage, transfer, and access to personal data comply with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Law. 3.12. Yvris has taken measures to ensure that the Website is free from viruses and similar malicious software to the extent possible. The Member agrees in advance that Yvris shall not be liable for any damages the Member may incur due to harmful software, viruses, and similar elements that the Member may encounter while using the Website, unless such harmful software, viruses, and similar elements are sent by Yvris intentionally and/or with gross negligence. The Member shall secure the security of their own system against viruses and similar harmful software.

3.13. Yvris reserves the right to change the content of the Website, modify or terminate any services provided to users, or delete user information and data registered on the Yvris Website at any time.

3.14. Yvris may change, update, or cancel the terms and conditions of this Agreement at any time without the need for prior notice or warning. Any amended, updated, or revoked provision will be effective for all Members as of the publication date.

3.15. Membership cancellation can be done by the Member at any time through the "My Profile" section on the Website. However, membership will continue unless it is canceled. The Member acknowledges that this action is irreversible.

3.16. In disputes arising from this Agreement, Yvris' records and documents are conclusive and exclusive evidence under the Turkish Code of Civil Procedure (HMK).

4. Termination of the Agreement

The Member may terminate the membership relationship at any time through the designated section on the Website. Yvris may unilaterally terminate the membership relationship at any time without showing any reason or in the event of a violation of any obligation arising from the membership agreement by the Member.

5. Competent Court

This Agreement is subject to Turkish Law. In case of disputes arising from this agreement, Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices are competent and authorized.

6. Effective Date

This Agreement has been brought to the attention of the Member before the membership process is completed. The Member's registration of membership implies that the Member has read all the provisions of this Agreement and accepted these provisions. The membership agreement comes into effect upon the completion of the membership registration.
