YVRIS DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT PRELIMINARY FORM

SUBJECT This Pre-Information Form of the Yvris Distance Sales Agreement ("Form") covers the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the 6502 Consumer Protection Law, Regulation on Distance Contracts numbered 29188, and the Amendment Regulation on Distance Contracts published in the Official Gazette dated 23.08.2022, regarding the sale and delivery of the product/products with the specifications and sale price specified below by the Seller to the Buyer.

By accepting this Form, the Buyer acknowledges that, upon confirming the order subject to this agreement, they will be obligated to pay the order amount, as well as any additional fees such as shipping costs and taxes, and that they have been duly informed of this obligation.

The prices on the website are the sales prices. The announced prices are valid until updated or changed. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL 5.1 The Buyer, in distance contracts for the sale of goods, may exercise their right of withdrawal from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery date to themselves or the person/organization they designate, without assuming any legal or criminal liability and without stating any reason, provided that they notify the Seller. The expenses arising from the exercise of the right of withdrawal shall be borne by the Buyer. By accepting this agreement, the Buyer acknowledges that they have been pre-informed about the right of withdrawal.

5.2 To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is a requirement that written notification be made to the Seller by registered mail, fax, or email within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery date and that the product has not been used in violation of the "Products for which the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Used" provisions specified in this agreement. In case of exercising this right, the invoice of the product delivered to the person or Buyer, (If the invoice of the product to be returned is corporate, it must be sent with the return invoice issued by the corporation. Returns of orders issued by corporations without an invoice cannot be completed.) the return form, and the product's box, packaging, if any, standard accessories must be delivered complete and undamaged.

5.3 The Seller is obliged to refund the total price to the Buyer and to take back the product from the Buyer within 14 (fourteen) days at the latest from the date of receipt of the withdrawal notification.

5.4 If there is a decrease in the value of the products due to a reason arising from the Buyer's fault or if it becomes impossible to return the products, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised. However, if any changes or deteriorations occur in the product due to its proper use in accordance with the usage instructions, technical specifications, and operation of the product until the withdrawal date, the Buyer shall not be held responsible, and they may lose their right of withdrawal.

5.5 In payments made by the Buyer with a credit card/debit card, the product amount shall be refunded to the relevant bank within 7 (seven) days after the cancellation of the order by the Buyer. The Buyer acknowledges, declares, and undertakes that the period for the amount to be reflected in their accounts by the bank may take up to 2 to 3 weeks, and that any delays in this process cannot be attributed to the Seller.

CASES WHERE THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE USED In accordance with Article 15 titled "Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal" of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the Buyer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal in the following cases:

In the sale of goods or services, the prices of which are dependent on fluctuations in the financial markets and which are not under the control of the seller or supplier, In the sale of goods prepared in line with the consumer's requests or personal needs, In the delivery of perishable or expired date goods, In the return of goods that are opened after delivery and are not suitable for return due to health and hygiene reasons, In the return of goods mixed with other products after delivery and cannot be separated by their nature, In the return of books, digital content, and computer consumables provided in physical environment, if the protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, package are opened after the delivery, and In the delivery of periodicals such as newspapers and magazines, except for those provided within the framework of a subscription agreement, In cases where services are provided for purposes of accommodation, goods transportation, car rental, food and beverage supply, and entertainment or recreation, which must be performed on a specific date or period, In the provision of services performed instantly in electronic environment or in the provision of intangible goods delivered to the consumer instantly, In auctions made in the form of live auctions, In cases where goods that require installation or assembly are installed or assembled by the seller or the authorized service in the installation or assembly process before the right of withdrawal expires.

RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES In the implementation of this Pre-Information Form, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in the location where the Consumer resides and where the Goods or Services are purchased, up to the values announced by the Ministry of Trade, are authorized. District/City Consumer Arbitration Committees are authorized in accordance with the lower and upper limits specified in Article 68 of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502.
